Umbrella Spiritby *kotori-chan

It's always better in FULL VIEW

This is a rare one! One of my only full-cg illustrations! It was sketched, inked and coloured in Open Canvas + Photoshop.

I fixed the adjustments for my new Bamboo Pen and managed to sketch freely. I love drawing without a clear idea in my head- this way, the pic develops itself while being created.

As I was sketching, a scene popped in my head: There was once a shy water spirit that lived in a cloud. One rainy day she fell from the sky and smashed against an open umbrella. Being trapped in it, she could only make it rain downwards and it became jinxed. Watanuki is asked to fix it, and being so powerful already, he just needs to shake the umbrella to release the spirit.
(That's why the water has a cloudy effect to it)

Actually, the first water spirit in my head was angry and dangerous and the whole pic was a lot darker. Then I decided to change it. What do you think?

Watanukiii~~~

T3T, quiero al Watanuki del comienzo y mitad de serie de regresooo T__T *llora desconsolada*
Este dibujo es precioso! Me encanta el traje de Wata y el diseño del espíritu T3T, y la historia que se te ocurrió realmente daría para un capítulo dentro del manga o.o... hasta me dieron ganas de leerlo =v=.
Ah, y aparece Kudakitsuneeee *_______*, siempre adoré el amor que le tiene a Watanuki haha

Awww ¡gracias por tu comentario! La verdad es que a mí no me disgusta el Watanuki del final, pero es que no lo desarrollaron bien... me puedo llegar a creer que con el tiempo desarrolle esa clase de dependencia de Yuuko, pero no así, de repente, y con ese final rarísimo que parecía de otra serie

La historia del espíritu sería muy sencillita, y si tuviera algo más de tiempo/fuerza de voluntad seguramente la dibujaría, sabiendo que a alguien le interesa leerla :__)

¡A mí también me encanta el kudakitsune! Tengo debilidad por los bichos pequeñitos que esconden un gran poder * v *
